I would highly recommend Beth to anyone who needs legal guidance with any Mineral Rights issues. We needed to unravel some problems we had with deeds that weren't up to date for Estate Planning purposes. Beth went to work for us and totally straightened out our problems in no time and now our Estate Planning is in order.
We live in North Carolina, so this had to be done mostly by phone and one trip to the courthouse in Pennsylvania.
Beth knows and understands this industry which was extremely helpful.

I used attorney Tarasi in a real estate contract dispute. She addressed my issue immediately , filed suit and got us before a judge quickly. My Dispute was resolved in 6 months at a reasonable cost and in my favor.

We had an outstanding experience with Beth, despite dealing with an unpleasant situation. She is prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. She was available to answer our questions and provided the insight and advice we needed. This was our first experience with needing an attorney, which turned out to be necessary and relieved us of a lot of stress by communicating on our behalf. It was important to us to make sure we were doing things the right way, with legal backing. Due to Beth’s assistance, we were able to complete a large project with peace of mind that we were completely within our rights to do so and have supporting documentation for our files. Her fee was more than reasonable for the services provided. While we are hopeful that we will not have to consult with Beth in the future, if the need arises we would not hesitate to call her again.
